Time to Make a Difference!
8 Jun 2012

Now that we have Admitted Hampton Bays has a Problem and that we were responsible for allowing this to happen, we can now begin addressing the Problem logically. Business as a whole is way off, although some businesses have adapted and diversified in an effort to grow their product line and/or market share, Vacant Storefronts, Empty Clubs, Abandoned Clubs, Tons of Foreclosures, A stagnant Real Estate Market due to depressed home and property values, Empty Main Streets, Weekday Ghost Towns, the only thing we are missing are the tumbleweeds which ironically used to be the name of a restaurant bar in hampton bays just as the new regulations were kicking in. Contractors and Landscapers are unemployed, Nearly 100 cabs are not longer on the road since they raised the permit cost per cab dramatically, The Restrictions they are placing on the club and bar owners are out of control resulting in a slew of law suits levied against the Town of Southampton, (which claims to be broke and under-insured) will look to taxpayers to pay for their council to defend themselves against taxpayers who have had their businesses impacted by the Town's crushing regulations and restrictions. They are looking to us to bail out their stupidity and their arrogant anti-business stance. They can keep telling you that they are a pro-business government but the truth is until they get rid of all their onerous regulations and restrictions that they are still enforcing, they need to be told they are full of s_it. and need to be voted out asap and business friendly candidates must be voted in. Hint: Most Democrats today are not business friendly no matter what they say. Big Government results in Small Businesses going out of Business. Simple Logic.

HOUSE SHARES MUST BE ALLOWED FOR HAMPTON BAYS TO RETURN TO PROSPERITY! This is a Must Happen Issue. The Town has no constitutional right to tell you how to maintain your property, these town codes or ordinances must be overturned ASAP by the Residents of Hampton Bays. Those of you who are against House Shares are not free market business people and you are a large part of the Hampton Bays Financial Problem.

You should leave Hampton Bays so Hampton Bays can return to prosperity, you are in the way just as those people who make noise complaints against clubs, restaurants, and bars, are at fault for allowing the town to control business owners. Buy or Rent a house near a club, bar, or restaurant expect noise, or dont Buy or Rent near these establishments that have been there before you were born. If you are stupid enough to move into a home close to these establishments without realizing there is music all night long on the weekends, then you are too stupid to live in Hampton Bays and I suggest you move out ASAP. We dont want you! Your stupidity is costing us our freedom to conduct business as well as keeping our housing market depressed due to lack of house shares and lack of nightlife attractions which was the main reason for prosperity in Hampton Bays. Nightclubs and House Shares are Hampton Bays Staple Crops and must be De-Regulated ASAP by the Residents in full force overturning these Town derived codes and ordinances. The Residents of Hampton Bays can take back their Hamlet at any time, they just need to join together and demand the Town of Southampton repeal all those unconstitutionally passed codes

THIS IS YOUR PATH BACK TO PROSPERITY HAMPTON BAYS - Do it now or start packing your bags, because the Town of Southampton has a never-ending list of elite socialists ready to purchase or take your property for pennies on the dollar. These people will be coming from other countries where socialism is part of their culture.
